Keep your child cool with this HyperKewl Cooling Vest from Techniche International.  Just soak in cold water for 1 to 2 minutes.  Pat with towel on outside of garment or hang up for a while to remove excess water.  Use over and over again.  Garment may put in a refrigerator (note a freezer)  for extra cooling.  At the end of the day be sure to hang up your vest to dry out.  It may take more than a day for the garment to be completely dry and able to store.  Evaporative cooling products work best in dry climates.  In humid climates you may need to resoak in cold water more often.  Great for children that play sports or have medical conditions.
