This is a
Indiana Glass Tiara Amber Nursery Rhyme Cup and Bowl/Dish Child's Set by R.S.
There are no chips, cracks or scratches.
The cup has Humpty Dumpty on the front and Tom Tom the Piper's Son on the back.  It measures 3 1/2 inches tall, 4 inches across from handle to rim, and 2 3/4 inches across from rim to rim.
The bowl has Mother Goose at the inside bottom.  Along the rim, it has Three Blind Mice, Little Bo Peep, and Little Miss Muffet.  It measures 1 3/4 inch tall and 6 inches across from rim to rim.
