In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our products, you may return any item within 7 days of confirmed receipt from your order delivery for a full refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For any exchanges, we will ship out the exchange upon receiving the new item. In this case the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For returns, a refund, minus shipping cost fees if any, is issued once we receive the items or a tracking number to confirm the returned items.
Items that have been used and without their packaging cannot be accepted unless the item was faulty upon receipt. Exceptions are made if the wrong order is received, or if the product is defective.
