The Chef  Series offers a lot of Convenience in a Small Footprint
Professional chefs Chris & Chris created a compact work station with a frame and shelves made of solid hardwood and a rubber wood work surface that features their unique "Chop and Drop" system designed for sanitary food handling and quick, easy clean-up. Simply position the stainless steel Chef pan below the cut-out in the butcher block top to collect meat carvings and juice for use in your favorite recipes. For easy, sanitary disposal of scraps, simply insert the trash bag ring that's included and hang a trash bag from it. Regardless, use the juice groove carved in the cart’s top to guide food ingredients and byproducts to the worktop opening and into the catch pan or trash bag hanging below.
